Why: LEAP TA: Searchlight has always aimed to provide you with an opportunity to address not just day-to-day issues, but also to step back and contemplate larger-scale strategies and challenges that may not be addressed elsewhere.
In December we will focus on strategic priorities and challenges, giving members and prospective members a chance to get some external expertise and answers to the questions they have around them.
Ahead of the session participants will be able to:
- look beyond day-to-day concerns and consider big-picture strategies
- step back and contemplate broader organizational challenges
Leaving this session participants will be able to:
- get advice and solutions that specifically address their unique challenges
- understand challenges that your peers are facing that you might not be
- connect with peers who may be facing similar challenges
The event is driven by interaction between participants and promotes candid exchange of information between companies. Only senior-level execs are invited. You will make high-quality new connections and learn from peers about best practice.
